BEASTLY brings young people and volunteers together for an outdoor day of activities, creativity and discovery.
We want as many young people as possible to take part. Financial sponsorship and practical support help cover event costs, keep participation affordable and support an inclusive experience.
Three ways to help:
- Give financial support through an event or activity partnership.
- Provide products or services, including donations, equipment loans and discounted support.
- Discuss a partnership combining funding, skills and practical help.
Connect your business with a Scouting and Guiding community of young people, adult volunteers and families from Basingstoke and beyond. Recognition can extend beyond the event through the website and social media benefits in your chosen package.
We will agree the support, recognition and timings with you, including any activity branding or exclusivity. We can also discuss a short post-event summary showing how your contribution helped.

Your business could help make BEASTLY happen by donating products, lending equipment, offering discounted services or sharing specialist skills. Practical support that meets an event need can be just as valuable as financial sponsorship.
Could your business help with any of these?
- Equipment and facilities: marquees, tables, chairs, radios or accessible facilities.
- Transport and logistics: deliveries, vehicle hire, storage or waste collection.
- Print and supplies: signage, printing, activity materials or essential event supplies.

- Volunteer support: food, refreshments or useful supplies for the people making the day happen.
