Jack Tracy
Event Lead
Jack is one of the Event Leads as well as a District Lead Volunteer for Basingstoke East Scouts. With a passion for youth development and a commitment to creating memorable experiences, Jack has played a pivotal role in organising and leading BEASTLY since it first started in 2021.
Paul Hogan-Williams
Event Lead
Paul is another of our event leads and also District Lead Volunteer for Basingstoke East Scouts. Known for his enthusiasm and organisational skills, his leadership and commitment ensure an engaging and successful event, making a positive impact on all participants.
Julie Jacobs
Inclusion Lead
Julie is our inclusion lead, bringing over 30 years of invaluable experience in Scouting to her role. Passionate about creating inclusive environments, Julie is dedicated to ensuring that all individuals feel welcomed to our event.
Craig Harris
Programme Lead
Craig is the dedicated Programme Lead overseeing all zones and activities at BEASTLY. With a knack for organization and a passion for adventure, Craig ensures that all our activty zones run smoothly and engages participants to the fullest.
Tim Gibbons
Catering Lead
Brining a wealth of experience in catering on large Scouting events. Tim oversee’s all catering from feeding our volunteers setting up the event through to providing lunch service for over a thousand participants.
Danny Evans
Active Zone Lead
Full of energy himself, Danny oversees our Active Zone where participants can take part in a wealth of high energy activities such as Zorb Football and our caving experience.
Pete Morgan
Everyday Adventure Zone Lead
With a whole wealth of Scouting experience, Pete oversees our Everyday Adventure Zone where we have plenty of hands on experiences such as backwoods cooking and fire lighting.
Vicky Evans
Creative Zone Lead
Alongside Pam, Vicky looks after our creative zone. It is our hub of imagination and innovation from circus skills to drumming workshops, there is something for all our participants.
Pam Byrne
Creative Zone Lead
Alongside Vicky, Pam looks after our creative zone. It is our hub of imagination and innovation from circus skills to drumming workshops, there is something for all our participants.
Nathan Robinson
Adrenaline Zone Lead
Nathan is responsible for our adrenaline zone and ensuring that it delivers those adrenaline activities. With Shooting, archery, crossbows and much more.
