Supporting World Scout Adventures
BEASTLY is proud to support young people taking part in the World Scout Jamboree (WSJ) and Project 27 (P27) – once-in-a-lifetime international adventures that build confidence, leadership, and lifelong memories.
We’re creating a dedicated opportunity for WSJ and P27 participants to fundraise through BEASTLY, helping them raise vital funds to support their journey while sharing the BEASTLY spirit with others.
Whether you’re heading off on the adventure yourself, supporting someone who is, or looking to sponsor a whole zone — there’s a way to get involved.
How to Get Involved
Participants
If you’re a member in Basingstoke East or West District, or Basingstoke Girlguiding then register below and select the WSJ Team when asked. In March all members of the team will meet to discuss ideas for the day, it maybe we set up a stall selling drinks or something else you come up with. With over 2,000 people on site there is plenty of opportunity.
As part of this we’ll give you free entry into BEASTLY for the day so that during your break you can also enjoy the event.
Any money raised by your team will be split between you.

Sponsorship
BEASTLY offers the opportunity for businesses, groups, and organisations to get involved by sponsoring different aspects of the event.

Participant FAQ's
What is expected of me on the day?
You’ll be assigned to the WSJ/P27 Team where you’ll run a stand throughout the day. We’ll make sure you get some down time to enjoy the event too. At the end of the day you’ll split any money made with the rest of your team.
So farwhat we are doing on the day, well that’s undecided. When we meet in March we’ll brainstorm together and come up with ideas.
It could be we sell drinks, some food or run some sort of game. The options are open. This will be a group activity though so everyone will be involved in delivering.
I've already signed up for BEASTLY, can I join the team?
Ofcourse, drop us an email as hello@beastly.org.uk and we’ll update your registration.
Is there any cost to get involved?
No. BEASTLY will support this stand and provide free entry into the event.
I can't attend BEASTLY, can I still be involved?
This opportunity will mean a bit of hardwork on the day, therefore to be fair to all those involved, you’ll need to attend and help out.
When are we meeting?
The meeting to discuss date is Tuesday 24th March at Basingstoke East District Hub, Chineham Shopping Centre. We encourage all those getting invovled to attend so you know what to expect on the day and get to input on the ideas.
