We’re thrilled to let you know that volunteer registration for BEASTLY25 is now open!

For those who don’t know, BEASTLY is Basingstoke’s biggest Scouting and Guiding multi-activity day. It’s an exciting event where young people aged 4 to 17 get the chance to try loads of different activities. The event is jointly organised by Basingstoke East Scouts, Basingstoke West Scouts, and Basingstoke Girlguiding.

BEASTLY25 will take place on Saturday 17th May 2025 at Dummer Down Farm (just outside of Basingstoke).

Our core team has already started planning for 2025, and we’re expecting a lot of participants! But to make it all happen, we need YOU.

We’re looking for a whole host of volunteers to help with set-up, running activities, looking after young people, being part of the site team and so much more!

All volunteers are invited to join our Saturday night social, featuring a live band, plenty of time to unwind, and the chance to catch up with friends (or make some new ones!). Leader children can join in, and volunteers are welcome to bring family members along too.
